Frequently Asked questions

During your initial in-home lesson you and your trainer will discuss the best training plan for you and your dog. Honesty about how much time you are able to commit is very crucial information for us to know as we want you to be successful during your training with us.

While we have never met a dog we werent able to have great success with, no we can not guarentee results. This is due to how much effort is being made at home outside of training, if the behaviors taught are being reinforrced or if they are immedietly being undone. An example of this is us teaching your dog how to walk on a loose leash but at home the dog is allowed to pull the owner around. In order for training to be effective all parties will need to be involved to ensure breakthrough. 

Absolutely! While our phones opperate during normal business hours we will always reply to a question you have! We encourage you to ask all questions you have, we are here to help!

This question is very vague and has multiple factors to determine a timeframe. Simply put we can not answer this until we have met you and your dog. In short if you stick to a structured training plan and do not space out your lessons you will be progressing quickly and will see results in less than a few weeks. 

If an appointment is cancelled between 48 - 24 hours of your appointment then a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If cancelled within 24 - 12 hours of your appointment then a 75% cancellation fee will be charged and if within 12 hours you will be charged full for your appointment. 

For the initial lesson, treats / food. We will provide all training equiptment needed for day one!

Lessons are for all around MA, southern NH and northern RI. A travel fee is applied if over 15 miles. Day trains are only available if you are under 15 miles of Abington MA.
